    About donating equipment

    We are happy to accept equipment donations from all over mainland UK. However,  due to costs associated with collecting equipment, the minimum number of items is usually 20.

    Please check tyres and pre-charge any powered chairs. The battery must have enough charge to drive it up a ramp onto the collection vehicle.

    If the item is electrical, please include the charger and battery. We would be extremely grateful if you could pre-charge the item before it leaves you to allow time in transit and for our team of volunteers to attend to it.  

    If there are any loose or small parts, or user manuals please attach them to the equipment. e.g. tied to the item in a carrier bag. 

    Please include all cushions and harnesses . These are cleaned by us before being packaged to send overseas. Sourcing new cushions is financially prohibitive. These are especially important for children’s chairs. 

    Due to the recent increase in cost of fuel there may be a delay in collecting while we coordinate others in your area. You can also deliver to the store in North Yorkshire. Please use contact box to arrange.
